Line 291: I cannot understand why this photo was deleted. After I uploaded it, I attempted to explain repeatedly (left repeated messages) that the photo was taken by a cousin who emailed it to me and release all rights to the photo, explicitly telling me that I could use it for whatever purpose I saw fit. As a former journalist, I cannot imagine how anyone could construe using a photo under those conditions as a copyright violation. I attempted to explain this repeatedly on the Commons, but never received a response. In any case, what do I need to do to attempt to reinstate the photo?
