Keep As user Brbbl is Dutch speaking I would ask him to read "Afdeling 1. - Auteursrecht in het algemeen." and "Afdeling 3. - (Bijzondere bepalingen betreffende de werken van grafische of beeldende kunst.)" in http://www.juridat.be/cgi_loi/loi_N.pl?cn=1994063035 This makes clear that we can talk in my opinion more about Belgium has FOP with some exceptions. Further is written that it is not allowed to make copies of the 3D subjects. I wonder whether making photos is not allowed in particular for things as in this case. I know that the Atomium is an exception, but in this case I don't see a problem. Wouter (talk) 19:42, 15 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted. No Freedom of Panorama in Belgium. No where in the law (links can be found in the FOP link) can I find anything stating that sculptural or visual arts have special provisions. The link given above doesn't work (have also tried archive.org to view it but failed) so I can't translate and read it myself to see if it's in fact part of the Belgium law. The law also states that the art works remain copyrighted to the author for 70 years after their death. Bidgee (talk) 10:20, 31 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
