Rationale

Sockfarm with cross-wiki activity in a small set of articles on the Arabic Wikipedia and lots of copyright violations here. Usernames often contain "19" and "dz". Some of the accounts may be sleeper accounts here on Commons. The list above is probably not exhaustive.
