Description
English: Flag of Shinminkai (新民会)，a pro-japan political organization that founded in December 1937 in occupied North China by support from Japanese Imperial Army. This Flag contains a red stylized Kanji character "亜"（Ah）stands for Asia; a white circle; and in the white circle a black stylized Kanji character "祓"(Harae) in ancient script, stands for purify spirit of Asian people from the influence of Communism.
