Metal Bird file removal from Found Art/Found Object

Hello.

As I told you before, I CREATED this sculpture , I am the owner of the copyright, and it is me who took the picture of my OWN work!

Why didn't you contact me to confirm this from the contact page of Electric Hamster, like I asked you to? Why have you deleted this file without any reference whatsoever to me??

I feature the picture of my Tea Bird on the FRONT PAGE of my website. It is my work. What more do you want me to do to prove this? Send you a photo of me holding the sculpture..??!??!!?

Cléopâtre et Antoine sur le Cydnus - 1848

Where is the Henri-Pierre Picou original? Is the original a full color painting? Was the original lost in the 1906 San Francisco Earthquake and Fire? Are there larger prints in general circulation? —Preceding unsigned comment was added by 205.155.38.1 (talk) 21:14, 21 May 2015 (UTC)

I honestly know very little about it, other than it got rave reviews. There's a newspaper article from 1877 indicating that it had just been put on display at Snow and May's Art Gallery and it looks like there was a photograph of the painting submitted to the Library of Congress. (And there's a cabinet card reproduction of that photograph for sale on eBay right now!). I did some research just now, but I wasn't able to turn up anything else. Sorry. Picou, Henri Pierre - Cléopâtre et Antoine sur le Cydnus - 1848.jpg

I am in possession of what I believe to be a frame, original antique print after the Henri-Pierre Picou painting, Cléopâtre et Antoine sur le Cydnus. It is similar in title, size and description to the print, "La Galere de Cleopatre", shown on the David Reed Weatherford site, except it is not a color lithograph. I am trying to determine if it is unique and/or of any significant value.
