Saludos, has marcado recientemente unas fotografías que aparecen en mi ficha de wikipedia como posible violación de copyright. La persona que ha utilizado las fotografías me ha pedido permiso para publicarlas y yo, como objeto de la fotografía, le he dado permiso. Las fotografías, a parte de ser yomisma la fotografiada, son de mi propiedad, no tienen copyright.

  • Hello, I delete a lot of images every days, and without a link I can't answer with precision.
    However if you have the right or the necessary authority to give a permission for a publication here, on Wikimedia Commons, under the licenses allowed, then you must send this permission to OTRS where you can read on how to do so. In cases of deleted images, if a valid permission is sent then the images will be restored, otherwise the images must not be uploaded again. Christian Ferrer (talk) 11:23, 15 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Mike Merrill Photo

Hello,

  • Hello, a photo is a work protected by copyright law. When publishing a photo here you do that under one of the specific licenses allowed here. However, only the copyright holder of the photo have the right to put such a license. Usually the copyright holder is the photographer, here "Keilan Scott", however your user name is "Mike Merrill". In order to protect the rights of the photographer "Keilan Scott" we require now that he send a permission to OTRS, even if it is you. Or at least we requires an evidence that the copyright holder agree with a publication of his work under such licenses. Christian Ferrer (talk) 14:47, 22 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Mr. Jagde purchased all rights to his portrait image from the photographer Simon Pauly who is credited for the image. The image is allowed to be posted on any site for promotional or educational purposes. I have written permission from Mr. Jagde to post this photo.     Vous ne pouvez télécharger ici que les oeuvres dont vous etes le propriétaire des droits d'auteur, ou les oeuvres qui ont été publiées par leur auteurs (ou ayants droit) avec des licenses compatibles, ou les oeuvres qui sont dans le domaine public pour une raison précise. About some file deletion

Hi

I'm writing because I'm the administrator of webpage of Journal Ingeniería e Investigación of Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Our journal have licence creative comons 4.0 in all its content. We are trying to create a journal wikipedia page to talk about its history, but when we try to upload the cover of our publications those are deleted. We want to know if is possible upload this files without problem or if you consider that unacceptable.

  • Hi, where is the webpage? In cases of work already published, "the cover of your publications", and in order to protect the rights of the copyright owner(s), we requires a link to a web site that has a compatible license and that is legitimate to give this license, or that the copyright holder, even if it is you, send a permission to OTRS. je ne vois pas ce qui vous a autorisé à les supprimer

D'autres photos sont des documents d'archives de plus de 30 ans introuvables !

Je suis découragé d'avoir voulu contribuer à enrichir Wikipédia

das Hochladen des DUV-Logos geschah mit Einverständnis der DUV. Siehe die Korrespondenz. Eine Rückfrage bei mir hätte Dein Problem schnell gelöst.

Die Leerzeilen sind dem ausdrücklichen Wunsch des Athleten geschuldet, der seinen Namen bei uns nicht veröffentlicht sehen möchte.

1986 gab es keine echten dt. 100 Km Meisterschaften. Ausgerichtet wurde ein 100 Km Lauf in Rodenbach, der den Beinamen "inoffizielle deutsche 100 km-Meisterstaft" trug. Es war deren die 3. Die jeweiligen Ausgaben 1984 und 1985 trugen ebenfalls den Beinamen, als 1. und 2.

Die Veranstaltung, ihr Organisationsteam und allen voran Harry Arndt haben mit ihrer Professionalität dazu beigetragen, dass der DLV dann 1987 die ersten echten dt. Meisterschaften ausgetragen hat. Da uns die Anerkennung des Ultramarathonsports durch den DLV am Herzen lag und liegt, beginnen wir mit der Zählung auch 1987.
