Was originally deleted as being {{Fair use}} - possibly this is actually PD-textlogo though? Undeleted in order to allow a full DR. -mattbuck (Talk) 14:04, 13 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Keep Comparing to other cases in COM:TO, I think {{PD-textlogo}} applies here. --Leyo 14:14, 13 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
For the U.S., probably, except maybe the flag portion. For Poland, no clue. Per w:Solidarity logo, the author is known. Carl Lindberg (talk) 16:12, 13 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted - I have been trying to find a source who can substantiate the claim that the Jerzy Janiszewski released this logo to the public domain but have been unable to do so. The combination of a particular font and the drawing of a flag in Janiszewski's unique style makes this a creative work. Tagged as "fair use" at en:File:Solidarnosc.png and fr:Fichier:Solidarnosc logo.png. Thuresson (talk) 12:30, 22 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
