A representative of the artist (Ed Miracle) is requesting deletion via OTRS (ticket:2013020610002011); they claim that the work was published with a copyright notice and is therefore protected by copyright. - The uploader's claim that this work by a living artist is public domain seems questionable, and has not been demonstrated.
Delete unless proof of pd status can be clearly shown. (Also claiming it as "own work" if the uploader is not the artist is at least misleading.) -- Infrogmation (talk) 20:52, 11 February 2013 (UTC) - Delete. I brought it up at pump/copyright and we discussed pre-78 no-notice. It is only in the one article. I will remove it from there now.
