This file was initially tagged by Tom Morris as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: OTRS has received a plausible claim of copyright violation (ticket 2012111510015798). There is an original monochrome version of this image that is public domain, but the colour version has significant enough creative input as to create an original, copyrightable work. Original uploaded; others versions hidden. Comments? Rillke(q?) 18:42, 16 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Keep: Can be kept. (File replaced by the original one). --McZusatz (talk) 20:23, 19 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I am not sure about that but I think there is no difference between hidden and deleted version (regarding copyright violation). Both (the hidden and the deleted) versions can be restored and viewed by an admin but can not be viewed by a "regular" user. Deleting files from the server (meaning to clear the space on the hard drive of the wiki machines) is trickier. --McZusatz (talk) 15:10, 20 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, I know - I didn't see that they'd been hidden. Doh. Although the fact that a thumbnail still appears is non-optimal. Ironholds (talk) 15:11, 20 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I think I purged those thumbnails. Try Ctrl+F5 to clear you browsers cache. --McZusatz (talk) 16:50, 20 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: B&W version is old enough. Yann (talk) 09:47, 22 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
