Given that en:Pedro Nel Gómez died only in 1984, this would still be a copyrighted work and would be at best fairuse. Too new for public domain art. --Ricky81682 (talk) 19:53, 5 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

 Comment Is there COM:FOP in Colombia? /Pieter Kuiper (talk) 20:14, 5 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, there is via treaty and possibly national law as well. The treaty decision does not distinguish between indoors and outdoors. -Nard the Bard 02:24, 7 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Renominated again. A 2013 court ruling by a Colombian court (about applicability of Andean Community FoP) states that while Andean Community FoP is valid in all member states, the states have the right to either regulate or restrict Andean Community FoP according to their preferences. As Colombia restricted FoP to outdoors only, there is no more interior FoP in public indoors. See Commons:Deletion requests/Files in Category:Sculptures in the Museo Botero (Bogotá) for a discussion.
