Copyright notice is clearly shown at the source football.ua, http://football.ua/gallery-flash/622.html, and it says the the copyright is with GettyImages, not football.ua. This photo is not a photo that the owner of the site can license because he not owns any copyright. Football.ua is also not claiming any copyright over the images, see the copyright notice. Only the copyright holder can provide a free licensing, file cant be included in the OTRS ticket. Martin H. (talk) 23:49, 14 October 2011 (UTC)
- I'll write to site's owner a question. I think that if he gave the permission he knows if he has the rights better that we. If he'll say that his permissions for 'all photo from galleries' wasn't mistake and he has a contract with GI we shouldn't ask the permission from GI. - Delete Getty images only sells usage rights, that does not include options to resell or relicense these images to other parties. Either the East European way of understanding copyright or a language-based misunderstanding. --Denniss (talk) 21:01, 17 October 2011 (UTC)

- There's no reply needed as it's a clear copyvio, also the Template:Football.ua suggests permission is only for their images, an image from an outside source is not to be considered their image. --Denniss (talk) 09:57, 19 October 2011 (UTC)
