No permission stated. The Lieberose Desert is a designated Wilderness Area (Totalreservat in German). The former military site is also subject to an especially high explosive ordnance load. So it is strictly prohibited to enter this area, unless a permission has been granted by the owner or the authorities. It is sometimes possible to take photographs during a guided tour. Nothing like this is stated here, pointed out to Johnny Yen in 2018, but there was no further reaction. Therefore it is nothing more than illegal photography giving Wikimedia Commons and the Wiki Loves Earth photography challenge a bad name. J.-H. Janßen (talk) 16:14, 8 May 2021 (UTC)
