Minghui occasionally contains media which it has no proprietary rights to. I have previously seen copyright of this image attributed to Chinese Central Television, being in actual fact a screen grab. Therefore, the claim to it being usable with attribution cannot apply, as Minghui is not the copyright holder --Ohconfucius 05:48, 12 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This is 100% my fault; it is difficult to know sometimes. It should be classified as 'fair use' then, eh? Okay should just put that tag on, say it is from a historical/political event, vital to illustrating the aspect in question, no free substitute, etc.?--Asdfg12345 10:34, 12 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
