FOP does not apply as the coffee cup is not permanently affixed -Nard 23:49, 13 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The coffee cup is part of a permanent installation in this part of the museum to show the used tableware during the 19th century in typical farm house in Gotland. It´s not placed there by accident, but for a certain purpose and can therefore - in my opinion - considered to be permanent. See image:Gotland-Bunge_Museum_Hof_19.Jhdt._03 to consider the placement of the object in the museum installation -Xenophon 10:10, 14 Decembre 2007

  • Keep Why are you discussing FOP at all? Where is the copyrighted object on this image?? I only see a cup and a glass, both utilitarian objects from the 19th century with no particularly copyrightable ornamentation. And if you must discuss FOP, please clear first whether Danish FOP applies indoors. Lupo 10:32, 14 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
