upon putting this up I realized that this may not apply to pictures taken in the UK. I don't know if it shoud make a difference because wikimedia's servers are in the US aren't they and I copied this copy in the US. But none the less I thought I should ad least put it out there for discussion before using it. --Commment 22:20, 15 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted. Sorry, as you suspected, this photo is copyright under UK law, and that copyright could be enforced by the National Gallery.
