Delete The rule goes the other way: everything must be assumed to be copyrighted unless you can prove, by age (if anonymous) or by author's name or by donation, it is in the PD. None of these requests is fulfilled here. The fact of being an "old" photo does not mean it is in the PD: it might be 100 yrs old, i.e. shot in 1907, but if the author was 20 when he shot it and he died 90, i.e. in 1977, copyright will elapse in many years... --User:G.dallorto 04:35, 18 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
