Neutral listing for the community to decide: Is this image PD? It is likely the assertion it was never registered for copyright is true, but if the photo is unpublished (or published but without the actual copyright holder's permission) then it may very well still be in copyright in the US (120 years for anonymous unpublished works I believe). Or if it was published post 1977 it may have gained copyright automatically. I am in favor of keeping this image myself. -Nard 21:07, 11 December 2007 (UTC)
