Русский: Ржаной хлеб. Основные ингредиенты: ржаная и пшеничная мука, вода, соль. Как дополнение могут использоваться наполнители (курага, чернослив, орехи и т.п.) и специи (кориандр, тмин и т.п.). В ржаной муке, мало клейковины и хлеб не поднимается, становится тяжелым и плотным. Потому, чтобы хлеб стал более пышным и приятным на вкус добавляют небольшое количество пшеничной муки. Ржаной хлеб не только вкусный, но и полезный. В ржаной муке много витаминов и минералов: В1, В2, В6, РР, магний, кальций, железо, калий...
