Description 428-GX-K-43509: Elliot Quay, McMurdo Station, Antarctica. Construction Electrician Second Class Donald W. Leblanc, a member of U.S. Naval Construction Battalion Unit (NCBU) 201, prepares to submerge in the icy water of Winter Quarters Bay to photograph the sides of Elliot Quay in preparation of construction of a 300 foot berth by NCBU 201 .
