Description

Space-filling model of the biphenyl molecule, a heat transfer agent, and starting material for other compounds. This image shows the twisted conformation, with an angle of 57° between the two rings.

Loosely based on the crystal structure of 4,4'-biphenol with 1,4-diazabicyclo(2.2.2)octane.
