Summary
[edit]DescriptionCyclol C1 molecule truncation.png | "Stick" image of the cyclol C1 model of a globular protein, as proposed by Dorothy Maud Wrinch in 1937 (Nature, 139, 972-973). This molecule is a truncated tetrahedron, and is viewed here "tip-on", looking into a where three faces meet. The PDB file was constructed by me using my own software and visualized using PyMol; both were done on 31 October 2006. I hereby release this image under the GFDL. |
