Italiano: Distintivo per Consigliere Militare aggiunto del Presidente della Repubblica; Assistente Militare e Aiutante di Campo del Presidente della Repubblica per l’Esercito Italiano, per la Marina Militare, per l’Aeronautica Militare e per l’Arma dei Carabinieri; Addetto Militare, Navale ed Aeronautico, titolare o aggiunto.
È costituito da una stelletta dorata sormontata da una corona turrita anch'essa dorata. Alla stelletta sono sovrapposte le lettere “RI” incrociate, in colore argentato, il tutto realizzato in metallo. Il distintivo viene indossato, in luogo di ciascuna stelletta, al bavero dell'uniforme. Se l'Ufficiale indossa una mostreggiatura (alamari), il distintivo è sovrapposto alla mostreggiatura in luogo della stelletta. It consists of a golden star surmounted by a turreted crown also golden. The crossed letters "RI" are superimposed on the star, in silver colour, all made of metal. The badge is worn, in place of each star, on the lapel of the uniform. If the Officer wears a badge (toggles), the badge is superimposed on the badge in place of the star. Il est constitué d'une étoile dorée surmontée d'une couronne tourelleuse également dorée. Les lettres croisées "RI" se superposent à l'étoile, de couleur argentée, toutes réalisées en métal. L'insigne est porté, à la place de chaque étoile, sur le revers de l'uniforme. Si l'Officier porte un insigne (bascules), l'insigne se superpose à l'insigne à la place de l'étoile. Consta de una estrella dorada rematada por una corona torreón también dorada. Sobre la estrella se superponen las letras "RI" cruzadas, en color plata, todas ellas de metal. La insignia se lleva, en lugar de cada estrella, en la solapa del uniforme. Si el Oficial usa una insignia (alterna), la insignia se superpone a la insignia en lugar de la estrella.
