Summary
[edit]DescriptionHeadless Pi (40903066513).jpg |
I used the keyboard, mouse and monitor to get my first Pi (RAZORBACK) up and running, but after that I didn't need them anymore. I could boot the Pi in a headless state and log into it via SSH or VNC. I configured it for the WiFi at my office and at my house, so depending on where I want to work I can simply slip the Pi into my shirt pocket and take it home or to work. I'll get an extra power supply so I don't have to carry one around. Meanwhile, the keyboard, mouse and monitor will go back into storage until I need them to set up more Pis (the wireless keyboard dongle is still installed in the Pi here; I'll remove it and keep it with the keyboard and mouse). |
