Description
English: Title: Le figurine mondiali

Abstract: Italian political cartoon shows a procession moving from left to right with a man labeled "Inglese" at the head; he is balancing a small platform labeled "Proprieta Indebite" on his shoulders and head, on it are figurines labeled "Malta", "Gib", "Arci", "Australia", "Colonie Americane", "Commerci India", and a castle labeled "Dardanelli". At his feet are three snarling, menacing dogs labeled "Montenegro", "Serbia", and "Rumenia". Following him and leading a line of others is a Russian man carrying a stick labeled "Libera Navigazione" and "Russa", next comes a Greek man labeled "Grecia" carrying a stick labeled "Indipendenza", next is a black man wearing a top hat labeled "America" carrying two sticks labeled "Rivalita Commercia" and "Confederazione", next comes a man labeled "Spagna" pointing to his left eye and carrying a stick labeled "Libero Transito", and bringing up the rear is an Italian man carrying a stick labeled "Unita". Everyone in the procession is looking to their right, as if to see if anyone is watching them, with the exception of the Italian man who is focused on everyone in front of him. The Russian man has told those following him that the figurines belong to them and if they can't take them from the British man, then they should break them with their sticks.
