Español: La región central de la Vía Láctea, nuestra galaxia, se eleva sobre las preciosas formaciones rocosas del Monumento Natural "Los Barruecos", una de las maravillas de Extremadura situada en Malpartida de Cáceres, Extremadura.
La región fotografiada de la Vía Láctea destaca por su brillante color anaranjado, característico de las estrellas antiguas que se encuentran en la zona central de la galaxia. Este brillo se ve ocultado por una extensa banda oscura de polvo interestelar, en la cual destaca una mancha rojiza, se trata de la nebulosa Laguna, conocida como Messier 8, es una de las miles de regiones en las cuales están naciendo nuevas estrellas constantemente. English: The central region of the Milky Way, our galaxy, rises above the beautiful rock formations of the Monumento Natural "Los Barruecos", one of the wonders of Extremadura located in Malpartida de Cáceres, Extremadura. The photographed region of the Milky Way stands out for its bright orange color, characteristic of the ancient stars found in the central zone of the galaxy. This orange brightness is hidden by a dark band of interstellar dust, in which a reddish spot stands out. This is the Lagoon nebula, known as Messier 8, one of the many regions in which new stars are being born. |
