Description Parada Militar durante las fiestas del Centenario de la Independencia de Chile. Fue protagonizada por la elite chilena y los invitados de esta desde el extranjero. El programa de la celebración incluía desde una parada militar en el parque Cousiño hasta banquetes y bailes privados. El pueblo, por su parte, concurre a fiestas populares, pero en general es un observador de los grandes acontecimientos. En la foto Emiliano Figueroa como vicepresidente.
