The annual meeting of the Wisconsin Division will be held at Oskosh during the coming Summer. The international race meet will be held at Ripon, Wis., on August 18th and 19th. Model 30, Columbia, No. 2,884, 93 pattern, was stolen from A. H. Perrigo & Co., Omaha, Neb., last week. The firm offer $25 for its recovery, and the Pope Mfg. Co. $50, provided the thief is caught. Colie Bell, the veteran racing man of Minneapolis, Minn., and Miss Minnie L. Grove, of Elmwood, Ill., were married on March 29th last. Mr. Bell is now with the S. F. Heath Cycle Co., of Minneapolis, and they say is as good a salesman as he was a racing man. •893) 23

WELCOME! WELCOME! MR. OSMOND. 24 (April 21, CLEVELAND, OHIO). Local interest is centered in the Cleveland Wheel Clubs third annual road race, which is slated for Decoration Day. Floyd Turner is spoken of as the most likely man. The race will start in front of the clubs new house on Huron Street. The club has had a very enjoyable social season, much of the success of which is due to the chairman of the Entertainment Committee, Mr. Will Sayle. There is an inclination among the club members to give up the dates they have secured, August 30 an d31, in the international circuit. At a recent meeting a motion was made to let the tournament dates go by the board. A strong argument by Mr. George Collister, however, induced the members to drop the subject for the present. Messrs. Ralston and Chubb are working on a wheelmens census, but are progressing slowly. The members of the club are congratulating James Josephi who was recently married. Mr. Josephi, who came from Detroit and is now with the Mcintosh-Hunt
