Description
English: A flint outcrop at the Flint Ridge State Memorial, located north of Brownsville in Hopewell Township, Licking County, Ohio, United States. Mined for flint over many generations, Flint Ridge was the center of trade routes that extended as far northeast as New York and as far west as Kansas. As an archaeological site, Flint Ridge is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
