'''Richard Herbert''' (1704–1754) was a British politician who sat in the [[British House of Commons|House of Commons]] between 1727 and 1754. He was badly injured in a duel.
Herbert was baptised on 13 December 1704, the second son of Francis Herbert of Oakley Park, [[Montgomeryshire]], and his wife Dorothy Oldbury, daughter of John Oldbury, merchant of London.
