The main event is held annually around late February or early March in [[Columbus, Ohio|Columbus]], [[Ohio]], by the [[International Federation of BodyBuildingBodybuilding &and Fitness Professional League]] ([[International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness Professional League|IFBB Pro League]]).
