On 26 August 2019, four days after his death, Nottingham Forest fans paid tribute to the striker on the 23rd minute of their
Bristol Rovers players also wore jersey the number 9 with Agogo's name during their warm-up training in before their match against [[Oxford United F.C.|Oxford United]] on 24 August 2019 in honour of him.
