Rosenbury grew up in [[Elkhart, Indiana]], before moving to [[Rye, New York]]. Rosenbury graduated from [[Radcliffe College]] of [[Harvard University]] with a B.A. in women’s studies in 1992 and earned her J.D. from [[Harvard Law School]] in 1997, where she was an editor of the ''[[Harvard Law Review]]''.
