Should this still be in the template? The idea seems to have been completely abandoned by the Academy. I believe only existing or once-existing awards should feature in it. But even if we're to keep the Proposed Awards section, shouldn't we substitute this for the upcoming Casting Direction Award, which seems to be a sure thing at this point?
