This is really a problem. I always thought of these external links as benefiting both your audience and my site, the latter as a side effect. I would not submit a link just for that cursed sake. :::Had it been the reason for the link removal, I'd have been distraught, unhappy, but would not probably find sufficient grounds for protestation - I have probably already stole totoo much of your time. Now, that the annunciated reasons were different - and unjustified in my view - I think the fellow down there should either adopt you view point or put the link back in.
