:I am not an admin anymore and cannot see how I can get anyone unblocked, unfortunately. But, if you know of any officials in the EOC who might know someone who can provide funding for such translations, that would be very useful. Also, I think, if you wanted to place the translations on [[Wikisource]], maybe with the original texts as well (which I doubt I will be able to read myself) that might get us a bit closer to that. I actually have started a rather disgustingly long list of some of the sources I would love to see added to wikisource at [[wikisource:User:John Carter]], including all the texts of the variant forms of the Bible. If you had any interest in helping there, I don't think the block here would necessarily extend there. Maybe. Like I said, I'm not an admin any longer and that makes it harder for me to check such.
