Nur (also spelled Noor, Nor, or Nour, Arabic: نور: Nūr IPA: [nuːr]) is a common Arabic unisex name meaning "light", "The Divine Light".[1] An-Nur, meaning "the light" in Arabic. It can also be feminized as Nura or Noora.
