Uncontroversial technical requests
- Rub-A-Dub-Dub (currently a redirect to Rub-a-dub-dub) → Rub-A-Dub-Dub (song) (currently a redirect instead to Rub-a-dub-dub (disambiguation)) (move · discuss) – Not a primary topic when compared to Rub-A-Dub-Dub (novel) in terms of page views. Rub-A-Dub-Dub could then be redirected to Rub-a-dub-dub (disambiguation). Kidneyspr (talk) 04:12, 1 May 2024 (UTC)
- The nursery rhyme seems to also sometimes be considered a song. It has the Roud Folk Song Index number 3101, so maybe the Hank Thompson song should be at Rub-A-Dub-Dub (country music song). I also wonder about the capital 'A' and MOS:CT; the only cited sources seem to use all-caps. — BarrelProof (talk) 17:15, 1 May 2024 (UTC)
- I Miss You, I'm Sorry (Gracie Abrams song) (currently a redirect to I Miss You, I'm Sorry) → I Miss You, I'm Sorry (move · discuss) – Only notable song with that title that has an article. BePlus (talk) 17:35, 1 May 2024 (UTC)
- TCMC (train) (currently a redirect to Borealis (train)) → Borealis (train) (move · discuss) – Amtrak recently announced the new name for this train, which is now called Borealis. However, when I tried to move the page to this, I was not able to because a redirect page already exists with that title that redirects to this article. This redirect page was created before the new name was official; however, now that the name change is official[1], the page should be renamed to Borealis (and the name should be italicized). - @Nicolás Macri, any other third party, secondary sources about the name change? See WP:NAMECHANGE and WP:OFFICIAL. – robertsky (talk) 18:23, 1 May 2024 (UTC)

- Guy Boyd (sculptor) → Guy Martin à Beckett Boyd (currently a redirect back to Guy Boyd (sculptor)) (move · discuss) – This is the subject's actual name. The Adventures of the Not So Venerable Mr. Siggs (talk) 21:54, 29 April 2024 (UTC)
- It's his full name but not his common name. -- Necrothesp (talk) 12:46, 30 April 2024 (UTC)

- Battle of Wiłkomierz → Battle of Pabaiskas (currently a redirect back to Battle of Wiłkomierz) (move · discuss) – Harmonization with the article's text. The new name is also the most commonly used in academia, as Google Scholar gives 19 results for "Battle of Pabaiskas" [1] whereas only one for "Battle of Wiłkomierz" [2]. +JMJ+ (talk) 16:15, 27 April 2024 (UTC)

- Shinwari (Pashtun tribe) (currently a redirect to Shinwari) → Shinwari (move · discuss) – Unnecessary title, it's a Uniquely named tribe, only a further headache when writing articles. Shinwari is all that is needed and won't be confused with anything else, just improves writing on Wikipedia. RevolutionaryPatriot (talk) 08:49, 29 April 2024 (UTC)

PAGE) 14:50, 29 April 2024 (UTC)- Shinwari is a surname because in the world, the last name indicates a person's ancestry or tribal affiliation, being that of the Shinwari tribe. The Shinwari district in rural Parwana province isn't going to be confused with anyone because of how unknown it is. Tell me if you still think this is a needed clarification. RevolutionaryPatriot (talk) 21:47, 29 April 2024 (UTC)
- This seems like a case where the Pashtun tribe is the primary topic. Hydrangeans (she/her | talk | edits) 04:25, 30 April 2024 (UTC)
- Exactly, there's only one meaning to the word "Shinwari" anywhere. The District is named after the predominant tribe, the surname is from members of the the tribe.
- Shinwari has solely one use, people write up history in different articles on the tribe, history of India, Afghanistan, Anglo-Afghan Wars, ethnic background in biographies etc and they'd like to write Shinwari, there is no comparable usage on a wiki article on this website where someone will need to link Shinwari (District) or Surname, only the tribe. Needs to be properly named, for some reason the disambiguation page itself used take the name Shinwari, an uncorrected mistake of years that can be fixed now. - Airtel Bangladesh → Airtel (Bangladesh) (currently a redirect back to Airtel Bangladesh) (move · discuss) – Airtel Bangladesh was a independent company till 2016. At now Airtel is a licensed brand of Robi Axiata Ltd. So it should be moved on the proposd title. ~ Farhan Snigdho (message) 06:16, 30 April 2024 (UTC)
- This move doesn't seem necessary to me, per WP:NATURALDIS and WP:TITLECON - all other entries at Category:Bharti Airtel are of the form Airtel <NameOfCountry>... Cheers — Amakuru (talk) 11:20, 30 April 2024 (UTC)
- In other entries Airtel is an independent brand but in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka it is a brand of Axiata where 'Airtel' is a licensed brand name from Bharti Airtel. ~ Farhan Snigdho (message) 04:13, 1 May 2024 (UTC)

- User:1948dlj/sandbox → Medieval garden (move · discuss) – New article - currently a bad redirect in place Johnbod (talk) 12:54, 1 May 2024 (UTC)
- @Johnbod, 1948dlj: I had initially moved this to mainspace, but on further thought I moved it to Draft:Medieval garden as it needs a lead sentence, still has fake placeholder references, and has other issues such as curly quotes that need to be cleaned up per the Wikipedia:Manual of Style. --Ahecht (TALK

- Stuart station (Brightline) → Stuart station (move · discuss) – Only contemporary "Stuart station" in a 21st Century setting, currently being planned, all other "Stuart stations" are obscure, historic stations, and most of them don't have their own articles. OrdinaryScarlett (talk) 18:46, 30 April 2024 (UTC)
- Stuart station (Iowa) is an NHRP-designated heritage building, and Stuart station (Brightline) hasn't even started construction. This is not a slam-dunk primary topic. 162 etc. (talk) 15:17, 1 May 2024 (UTC)

- Vijay Pal (politician) is invalid. Must create Vijay Pal (politician) before requesting that it be moved to Vijay Pal.– target salted five years ago following recreation and sockpuppetry, but that article appears to have been about a film director, and this one's about a notable politician Wikishovel (talk) 16:03, 1 May 2024 (UTC)
- @Wikishovel hmm... subsequent creations was about a politician actually. was he in the previous parliament as well? – robertsky (talk) 18:20, 1 May 2024 (UTC)
- No idea, sorry. I'm going only on context from links to old user talk pages, as the article wasn't cached in the Wayback Machine. I see there's a link to Vijay Pal from 17th Uttar Pradesh Assembly, so I'll have a dig to see if that link belongs there. Wikishovel (talk) 18:30, 1 May 2024 (UTC)
- This website says yes, he was in the Uttar Pradesh 17th Assembly (2017 to 2020): [3]. Wikishovel (talk) 18:34, 1 May 2024 (UTC)
