WXLV-TV

WXLV-TV (ABC45) based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, serves the Greensboro/Winston-Salem/High Point designated market area. WXLV-TV broadcasts on UHF Channel 45 and can be found on cable channel 7 on most systems.

WXLV-TV signed on in 1979 as independent station WGNN-TV. Eventually in 1994, when Fox acquired the ABC affiliate at the time, WGHP-TV, the ABC affiliation went to Channel 45.

Today, ABC45 is owned by Sinclair Broadcast Group and a member of their News Central stations. It is also sister station of UPN affiliate WUPN-TV.
