CopyVio?

Large portions of the article included unwikified text that appeared to be the result of an OCR scanner (I have noticed/fixed several grammatical and character mixups, such as "5" -> "S" and similar artifacts). It is quite likely that this content was directly scanned and copied from a print source. I have not been able to locate source material on the web. wikify tag

I removed the wikify tag today. City articles do generally have a different format, but that's because they have more content (particularly current information, such as geographic/demographic data).
