Brandy Carmina Reed (born February 17, 1977) is a former professional basketball player.

Reed grew up and graduated from Balboa High School in San Francisco, California in 1994. After graduating from The University of Southern Mississippi in 1998, Reed began her professional career with the Phoenix Mercury of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) in 1998. She also played for the Minnesota Lynx after being selected in the 1999 WNBA Expansion Draft. A year later, the Lynx traded Reed back to the Mercury.

An explosive offensive talent, Reed's on-court prowess was often overshadowed by her "bad girl" image which included problems with the team and the law.[citation needed]

In 2002, Reed was arrested in Hattiesburg, Mississippi for disorderly conduct and later found that she had outstanding warrants on previous charges, including driving without a license, and possession of marijuana. As a result, she was suspended by the Mercury team. She re-join wnba roster.
