Darjeeling Government College is a co-educational college established in 1948 in the town of Darjeeling, West Bengal, India. Besides undergraduate courses in liberal arts, commerce and science, it also offers post-graduate courses such as Botany, Zoology,English and Nepali. The college is located in North Point, Darjeeling and at present Dr. Lalita Rai Ahmed if the Officer in Charge. As the name suggests, Darjeeling Government College is fully funded by the Government. It provides courses in Nepali, English, Bengali , History, Hindi, Economics, Urdu, Modern Tibetan, Geography, Political Science, Philosophy, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, Zoology, Commerce and Military Science.
