Operation Red Dragon was a civil defense readiness exercise conducted in Wisconsin in June, 2009. Army Reserve and National Guard units based at Fort McCoy [1] along with police and rescue units in and around Milwaukee, Wisconsin simulated the response to a chemical attack against a large number of civilians at a sporting event.

The 370th, 340th 310th and 130th Chemical Companies of the Army Reserve were mentioned in news reports as having taken part.[2]
