The genus Plesiotrygon is a small genus of freshwater stingrays in the family Potamotrygonidae that are endemic to the major river systems of South America. It currently contains the following species:
- Plesiotrygon iwamae Rosa, Castello & Thorson, 1987 (Long-tailed river stingray)
- Plesiotrygon nana M. R. de Carvalho & Ragno, 2011
