Alberto Álvarez Muñoz (born 8 March 1991) is a Mexican athlete competing primarily in the triple jump.[2] He represented his country at the 2016 Summer Olympics reaching the final.

His personal bests are 16.99 metres in the triple jump (+1.9 m/s, Norwalk 2016) and 7.85 metres in the long jump (+1.1 m/s, Morelia 2013).
