I tried warning you, and that had absolutely no effect whatsoever. I tried doing a short block, and that had no effect whatsoever. For the most part, I would like to be able to add logos and team color changes when announced. As far as user boxes, I will only edit ones that have no history of conflict or edit wars. If a reviewing admin wants to unblock you, that's fine with me. Under this proposed unblock, you wouldn't be allowed to edit any userboxes until you successfully appealed the topic ban.
