This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I, SSJ 5, feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• it is a low resolution still of an anime;
• it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the film in any way;
• it allows for identification of the character: Tubalcain Alhambra;
• it illustrates the character and the anime in question and aids commentary on the plot outline and controversy surrounding them.

• Neither Kouta/Kohta Hirano nor Geneon have released images of Tubalcain Alhambra under a free license; A free replacement cannot be created that would adequately provide the same information
• Used for informational purposes for identification and enhancement of nearby text
• Distribution neither detracts from Hellsing nor affects Geneon or Hirano's ability to sell Hellsing
