The EMS Training Center is co-located within the EMS Headquarters Building at 4160 Virginia Beach Boulevard. The Training Center staff is led by a Brigade Chief, currently Chief Debbie Brennaman and includes three career paramedics assigned to training rotations and three instructor supervisors.
