editYouTube
This article is one of thousands on Wikipedia that have a link to YouTube in it. Based on the External links policy, most of these should probably be removed. I'm putting this message here, on this talk page, to request the regular editors take a look at the link and make sure it doesn't violate policy. In short: 1. 99% of the time YouTube should not be used as a source. 2. We must not link to material that violates someones copyright. If you are not sure if the link on this article should be removed, feel free to ask me on my talk page and I'll review it personally. Thanks. ---J.S (t|c) 15:06, 6 November 2006 (UTC)
Ownership of Primary Schools
editAre schools actually "owned" by the Roman Catholic Church? or are they owned by the local parish? What is the role of CCMS? Should the ownership/financing of schools in NI be in this section at all? It seems to be making some kind of political point not in keeping with the neutrality of Wikipedia. By all means set up a page giving details of funding of schools. I favour deleting all references to funding in this section.
- As nobody commented, I have removed the offending comments Peter Clarke 16:58, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
Retail
editShould the article contain a mention of The Outlet shopping centre south of the town? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.198.34.40 (talk) 22:41, 19 November 2008 (UTC)
Scots name?
editThe infobox gives Banbrig as the Ulster Scots version of Banbridge. Have we any reliable sources to support this? ~Asarlaí 21:31, 13 May 2009 (UTC)
- Since it's been a week and nobody has provided sources, I've removed the Scots name. If you can find a source, please post it here before re-adding the name. ~Asarlaí 18:04, 20 May 2009 (UTC)
Pop Culture
editWho keeps changing the pop culture section?? On the DVD , subtitles say that citizens are being evacuated to DUBLIN. Why would the capital cities of both the republic and the north be evacuated to a small town?? Can someone edit protect this article??? IRISHwiki15 03:36, 15 March 2010 (UTC)
Photo Request
editI've removed the photo request from the article as there are already quite a few photos in the article. aineolach (u · d · c) 21:51, 3 April 2010 (UTC)
References
editAs astounding as this piece of mathematics is, I'm fairly certain '14,744 x 1.2 = 17692' is not a reference. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 152.78.169.38 (talk) 17:10, 11 February 2012 (UTC)
