Technically there've been three Wonder Girls in the DC Comics universe. This article focuses on the two that weren't a younger Wonder Woman because the author doesn't have that kind of time to waste.
Brief Histories of Each One.
Donna Troy- The Headache
Donna Troy is hot. As is the case with most hot chicks, she has issues. It's not just the standard My Daddy is an asshole issues either. It's stuff like my origin has been altered 19 times in five months and even I don't know my own name any more issues.
When she first debuted in 1964, she didn't even have an origin. She just hung around Wonder Woman whether Wondy wanted Donna around or not (more often not.)! Until 1969, she wasn't even Donna Troy. She was simply Wonder Girl. During the 1980s, DC finally got off its ass and gave her one.

A portal opened again and hurled Donna into the year 1979. Not only was she no closer to being home, she was also hurled into another dimension. This was the dimension of pain. Cassandra Sandsmark- The Jail Bait
Cassie Sandsmark is also hot. She's also not your age pervert so don't waste your time. Cassandra Sandsmark is the daughter of Dr. Helena Sandsmark, a noted archaeologist and Ares the Greek God of War.
Being a demigoddess, Cassandra was born invulnerable, super strong and possessed the ability to fly. She also ages 100 times more slowly than an average human so she's never going to be legal in your lifetime punk.
Cassandra became the new Wonder Girl when she saw Wonder Woman murder Maxwell Lord for $3.50. Cassandra threatened to tell Superman of her actions if Wonder Woman did not teach her the ways of being a Superhero. Wonder Woman consented and they've been working together ever since. Cassie has also joined the newest incarnation of the Teen Titans. She joined mostly because she loved staring at Superboy's package in the tight jeans he wore. She loved the tight jeans so much, she too begun to wear them.
Cassie and Superboy met during the battle between the Teen Titans and X-Men. In that battle, Cassandra saved the life of Robin by giving X-23 a violent uppercut that sent her into orbit and out of the minds of all fanboys everywhere.
Ares, proud of his daughter granted her a lasso that allowed her to shoot Zeus' lightning bolts. Cassandra began using on everyone including Superboy. Superboy later tied her up with the lasso and used his imagination (wink). After that night, Cassie and Kon-El were heavily into BDSM. This new fetish would lead to Superboy's death.
Wonder Girl wrapped the lasso around his throat and shocked him with the lightning. Forgetting that Kryptonians are vulnerable to magic, Conner's head popped like a pumpkin.
Wonder Girl still fights with the Teen Titans but she has hardened her heart and swears she'll never love again.
