It belongs to an entirely different branch of the Iranic languages (the North-West rather than Persian's South-Western branch) and its system of verbal conjugation and nominal declension is very different to that of Persian, as even the scantest examination of a grammar of those two languages will will demonstrate. Tātī is not standardised, & the speakers of different dialects often struggle to understand even one another from other towns. undo
